Account & Registration

Click the Register button at the top of any page. Enter your mobile number, choose a username and set a strong password. You will receive a one-time PIN on your mobile — enter it to verify your number and your account will be active straight away. The whole process takes under two minutes.

No. Each person is allowed one account only. Creating duplicate accounts violates our Terms and Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended along with any pending balance. If you have forgotten your login details, use the password recovery option instead of registering again.

On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your registered mobile number. A verification PIN will be sent via SMS. Enter the PIN, set a new password and you are back in. Make sure your registered number is still active and receiving messages — if it is not, contact support to update it first.

You must be 18 years of age or older to register and play on Basant Game. This applies to all users across Pakistan. We take responsible gaming seriously — if you are under 18, please do not attempt to register. Age verification may be requested at any point, including before processing a withdrawal.

Log in to your account and go to the Profile or Account Settings section. From there you can update your display name and contact preferences. For changes to your registered mobile number, you will need to contact support with identity confirmation — this extra step is there to protect your account from unauthorised changes.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited instantly or within a few minutes. Raast and bank transfers can take between 15 minutes and 2 hours depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit has not appeared after 2 hours, take a screenshot of the transaction confirmation and contact support — do not attempt a second deposit before confirming with the team.

The minimum deposit varies slightly by payment method and is shown clearly on the deposit screen before you confirm any transaction. Generally, mobile wallet deposits have a low minimum to make the platform accessible for all budget levels. Check your account dashboard for the current figures as they may be updated from time to time.

Basant Game does not charge any platform fee on deposits. However, your own bank, JazzCash or Easypaisa account may apply their standard transaction charges. Check with your payment provider if you are unsure. The amount you see credited in your Basant Game wallet is the net amount received after any provider-side charges.
Withdrawals

Go to the Withdrawal section in your account dashboard. Select your preferred payment method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or bank transfer — enter the amount and confirm your account details. Submit the request and you will receive a confirmation. You can track the status of all your withdrawal requests from the same page.

Most withdrawal requests for JazzCash and Easypaisa are processed within a few minutes to a couple of hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. Processing times can be slightly longer during weekends, public holidays or peak hours. If your withdrawal has been pending for more than 24 hours, reach out to support with your transaction reference.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include:
  • Active bonus wagering requirements that have not been completed yet
  • Account verification documents not submitted or pending review
  • Entered bank or wallet details do not match your registered account details
  • Withdrawal amount below the minimum threshold
  • Suspected irregular activity under review

For security reasons, withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment method used for your deposit. If you need to change your withdrawal destination — for example, if your JazzCash number has changed — contact support before submitting the request. A wagering requirement means you need to play through the bonus amount a set number of times before it becomes withdrawable cash. For example, if you receive a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement, you need to place bets totalling PKR 20,000 using that bonus before you can withdraw the resulting balance. The progress is tracked in your bonus section and updates in real time as you play.

First, check that your deposit met the minimum qualifying amount for the promotion. Some bonuses are only available for specific payment methods or deposit amounts. If everything looks correct and the bonus still has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact the support team and share your deposit confirmation details so they can investigate promptly.

Currently the dedicated app is available for Android only. iPhone and iPad users can access Basant Game through the Safari or Chrome mobile browser — the site is fully responsive and provides a near-app experience on iOS devices. The most common reason is that "Install from unknown sources" is not enabled on your device. Go to Settings > Security (or Privacy) > enable "Unknown sources" or "Install unknown apps" for your browser or file manager.
